Publishing Your Form Online
Once your form is ready, publish it so people can respond to it.
Step 1: Click Publish
From your form, click the blue "Publish" button in the top right.
Step 2: Your Form is Live!
Your form now has its own unique web address. You'll see it on the "Publishing" tab.
Ways to Share Your Form
🔗 Direct Link
Copy the form URL and share it anywhere: email, social media, chat, etc.
Click "Share via Email" to send a pre-formatted email invitation to respondents.
📱 QR Code
Generate a QR code that people can scan with their phone camera to open your form.
🌐 Embed on Website
Get embed code to add your form directly to your website.
📱 Social Media
Get ready-made social media links for different platforms.
Managing Your Published Form
Once published, you can:
- View submissions as they come in
- Close the form to stop accepting responses
- Temporarily unpublish it
- View sharing statistics
Pro Tips
- Include a thank you message so respondents know their answer was received
- Customize the form's appearance to match your brand
- Test the form yourself before sharing widely
- Set a closing date if you only want responses for a limited time
