Refund Policy

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

Sept-Marianne is a digital SaaS platform offering immediate access to digital tools. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, our refund policy is strict and conservative.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer a refund ONLY under the following specific condition:

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your FIRST USE of the paid service.

"First use" is defined as the moment your account is upgraded to a paid plan and service provision commences.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours from the time of subscription activation.
  • If you have simply changed your mind after the 48-hour window.
  • If you did not use the software but failed to cancel your subscription before renewal.
  • If your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal activity, abuse).

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation simply stops future billing; it does not trigger a refund for previous payments or the remaining unused period of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund within the eligible 48-hour window, you must contact us directly via email.
